Malcolm Forest is a historian, member of the Instituto Histórico e Geográfico de São Paulo and an Isotta Fraschini specialist. He is currently the restoration project manager of a type 8A SS Spyder Sport Castagna body Isotta Fraschini. He has restored also to concours d’elegance quality a 1939 BMW 327-8, a 1951 Mercedes-Benz 170 S and a one of a kind 1924 S3 Gräf & Stift D’Orsay Cabriolet.

He is the curator and consultant to car collectors, having presented Isotta Fraschini and Rolls-Royce cars at Pebble Beach, Retromobile and the Windsor Castle Concours of Elegance.

Malcolm Forest is also a composer of classical and pop music, a singer and film director. His interest in classical cars began in the US in the early 1970s. He became the publisher of the first Latin American old car magazine, Autos Antigos, and created the expression antiquemobilism. Malcolm Forest published in Brazil a photo memory book entitled Automóveis de São Paulo.
